Calendar Year End Procedures

The following procedures are required at the end of a calendar year.

Committee Transition

The committee transition usually occurs around the end of the calendar year - this may change with a move to more timely Annual General Meetings. There may be a period where both the outgoing and incoming committees overlap to smooth the transition process. If there is an overlap, it should not last for too long - more than a few weeks.

• Remove Exiting Management Committee Members
• Add New Management Committee Members
