100 Plus Club

Someone asked me how I knew when some cachers were coming up upon milestones. Of course its not about the stats, but nice for everyone who has hit a significant milestone to have a bit of recognition.
Its not complete, so if you know of anyone who could be added, let us know. It may get out of order after a while - I'll edit it back in place every now and then.
A big thank you to mjbnz who has rewritten the code for producing the Hundred Plus Club list which will make it easier to maintain and will keep them much closer to being sorted. Mike is also going to help maintain the list.
